Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit ist, ein minimalistisches Baumhaus zu entwickeln, das ökologisch nachhaltig ist und sich gut in das natürliche Gebiet des baumbewachsenen Grundstücks einfügt. Dieses Baumhaus soll dann in weiterer Folge als Ferienhaus genutzt werden. Die besondere Herausforderung dieses Projekts besteht in der Erstellung eines Gesamtkonzepts für ein nicht alltägliches Bauwerk.

Der baukonstruktive Teil besteht aus der Gestaltung und Planung eines Baumhauses. Die Ausarbeitung wurde mit einem Vorentwurf begonnen. Weiters wurden daraus Entwurfs-, Einreich-, Ausführungspläne und Details entwickelt. Zusätzlich befasst sich diese Diplomarbeit mit dem Thema Baumhäuser und deren Konstruktionsweisen.

Im Bereich der Statik geht es darum, eine Tragkonstruktion für dieses nicht alltägliche Bauwerk zu erstellen. Die Tragstruktur soll aus Stahlträgern bestehen, die – wie auch die wichtigsten Anschlüsse – bemessen werden. Zusätzlich wurden Übersichts- sowie Werkpläne der Stahlkonstruktion angefertigt.

Die baubetriebliche Ausarbeitung dieses Baumhauses ist in allen Blickpunkten interessant, weil dieses von den meisten Normen abweicht. Die Themengebiete bestanden aus der Baustelleneinrichtung, der Terminplanung, der Kostenschätzung sowie der Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutz-Planung.

 

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a minimalistic tree house, that is ecologically, sustainable and fits well into the natural area of the tree-covered property. This tree house will then be used as a holiday home. The special challenge of this project is to create an overall concept for an unusual building.

The structural part consists of the design and planning of a tree house. The elaboration was started with a preliminary draft, furthermore a design, submission, execution plans and details were developed. In addition, the topic of the tree houses and their construction methods was dealt with.

In the field of statics, the aim is to create a supporting structure for this unusual building. The load-bearing structure is to consist of steel girders, which are dimensioned as well as the most important connections. In addition, overview and work plans of the steel structure were made.

The Construction Operations and Construction Management of this project is interesting in all aspects for the reason of its divergence from the standards. The topics consist of the planning for the site facilities, of the time scheduling, of an estimate of the costs and the safety and health protection planning.
